ConvergeEd also administered the TSES (Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale) to Allentown Diocese schools in December 2025, receiving 214 responses and a 94.7% overall response rate.
Results showed that completing the four-course TExpL graduate certificate significantly improved teachers’ sense of efficacy in student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management.

Nikita Patel
Nikita Patel transformed her passion for biology and entrepreneurship into a groundbreaking medical innovation through Total Experience Learning. With mentorship and access to advanced resources, she developed a needleless drug delivery system designed to improve patient comfort and medication adherence.
Her work led to a provisional patent, national presentations to pharmaceutical companies, and a first-place win at the New York Business Plan Competition competing against hundreds of advanced-degree students. Nikita’s journey exemplifies how experiential learning accelerates innovation and empowers students to bring real-world solutions to life.
Enrique Lopez
Enrique Lopez leveraged his curiosity about light and neuroscience into a multi-year research project exploring the impact of red and near-infrared light on neurogenesis.
Supported by mentors and resources through Total Experience Learning, his work contributed to securing a $50,000 research grant and generated promising preliminary findings in Alzheimer’s-related studies.
Beyond scientific discovery, Enrique’s research inspired continued investigation among peers demonstrating the ripple effect of student-led inquiry and innovation.
Abby Robinson
Abby Robinson’s journey showcases the power of hands-on, inquiry-driven learning. Beginning with early high school research, she advanced to conducting sophisticated microbiology work, mastering techniques like PCR and DNA barcoding. Her experience culminated in co-first authorship on a published scientific paper an extraordinary achievement at the undergraduate level. Abby’s story highlights how immersive learning environments build the technical skills, confidence, and credibility students need to succeed in advanced academic and research settings.
