Reading School District Teacher

“Total Experience Learning has transformed my approach as an educator and has been a catalyst for incredible growth in my classroom. It has empowered me to create more engaging, hands-on experiences that connect classroom learning to real-world applications. It has fostered deeper connections between my students and the community and empowered them to take charge of their learning while exploring innovative solutions for the future. TExpL has not only deepened my students’ understanding and broadened their perspectives but has also reignited my passion for teaching by making education more dynamic and impactful.”

ConvergeEd also administered the TSES (Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale) to Allentown Diocese schools in December 2025, receiving 214 responses and a 94.7% overall response rate.

Results showed that completing the four-course TExpL graduate certificate significantly improved teachers’ sense of efficacy in student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management.

When educators shift to solution-driven, student-centered learning, they gain greater confidence in their instructional practice, stronger connections with students and a renewed sense of purpose in their work.

The result is not just improved teaching it’s sustained impact in classrooms and communities.
